Celebrating the fact that I just completed my recertification as a Meta Certified Community Manager. 🙌

Today I am reflecting on the close to 20 communities I have had the pleasure of managing over the last 4 years. From small groups of less than 100 members to a bustling network of 775,000+ members.

There's just something magical about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. 💫🦄

My passion for building communities that support their members and offer them resources is why I decided to create my own community for mamas to help them survive the early years of parenting.

Here's a helpful tip to stay productive even when the kiddos are home! 👧🏻👦🏼

Use a timer or an alarm to signal transitions between work and play to keep everyone on track. When the alarm rings for playtime, make it a point to fully engage with your children. Put aside work-related distractions, get down on their level, and immerse yourself in their world. This quality time strengthens your bond and allows you to recharge before diving back into work.
