Tell the dancers that dirges should not have their feet in the air,
That joy should be distant from the voice of the mourner

Tell freedom that bravery is a tool it should sell to us
Schemes should be our anchor.

Tell the naïve man who listens not to the tales
of the old
That the hunt for the squirrel has just started
He should put on his wings
Borrow the eyes of the hawks
Trade his sensibility for that of the snake
And be rouse to anger as fast as the snail parades the face of the earth.

Tell He who points an accusing finger at the Holy Man in hiding
That glad tidings is not a thing of the past yet
that our heros are nt blind like their godfathers

Tell them that our journey is still far yet, we would dare cross the Atlantic with a canoe made of paper

Inform them that though our halved yellow sun has turned quartered,
We know that the black darkness will be disturbed

Not the undeads, the ones that are certain

MY FURTHER REJOINDER TO THE FAULTY/UNTENABLE POSITION OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION-ABUBAKAR MALAMI SAN.

In the quick reaction of the Attorney General of the Federation, to the erudite and unassailable Judgement of the Court of Appeal just delivered yesterday on our Appeal , he indicated that the Federal Government is considering the options it has, including proceeding only with the counts that were pending against Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu before the bloody invasion of his house on the 14th of September, 2017.

Now, for the avoidance of doubt, the Federal Government has no OPTIONS. It has ONLY one option, namely, to appeal against the judgment of the Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court. And the exercise of this later option shall not constitute a bar to immediate compliance with the order of the Court of Appeal which directed for immediate and unconditional release of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The order made by the Learned Justices of the court of Appeal is sacrosanct and must be obeyed immediately without further ado.

Further, the Attorney General of the Federation reference to the charge pending against Onyendu before he left Nigeria in 2017, and the indication that the Federal Government may continue with the charge really shows his total disconnect with the law, with greatest respect to his office.

It is to be noted that the remaining 7 Count charge that was struck out by the Court of Appeal after it allowed the appeal on the ground that the Federal High Court has no jurisdiction to try onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the same charge(with the same charge Number - to wit: FRN VS NNAMDI KANU, CHARGE NO: FHC/ABJ/CR/383/2015, that has been pending against Onyendu MAZI NNAMDI Kanu at the Federal High Court since 2015.
The prosecution has Amended this charge about 7 times. It is the same charge that was amended to include other counts that brought the counts to 7 and then to 15.
The Federal High Court struck out 8 counts and retained 7. On appeal, the Court of Appeal struck out the whole charge and held that the lower court had no jurisdiction to try Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. That being so, that charge that has been pending against MNK since 2015 and containing counts of alleged offences committed by him before he escaped from being killed in Nigeria in 2017, no longer exists. It has been struck out.
There is therefore no existing charge on the basis of which the Federal High Court can proceed and try Onyendu .
Accordingly, as it stands today, there is no criminal charge pending against Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The declaration by the Court of Appeal that the Federal High Court has no jurisdiction to try Onyendu MAZI NNAMDI KANU because of the illegality of his abduction and extraordinary rendition to Nigeria is an all pervading instrumentality that effectively bars any indictment of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in any court in Nigeria. As his forceful abduction in Kenya and rendition to Nigeria violates all known International Conventions and Protocols to which Nigeria is a state party, no prosecution against him in Nigeria can ever be undertaken. This is because a cause of action cannot arise from a base ground- Ex turpi causa non oritur actio.

The Attorney General of the Federation should be appropriately guided in law . I implore him to meticulously read the full judgement of the Court of Appeal, immediately comply with Orders made therein and possibly consider the most appropriate option of voluntarily resigning, for exposing the Federal Government to this international embarrassment /ridicule

“But there is one thing I want all of us to understand this very evening. We are facing a very formidable array of enemies, both external and within. But I must say that we are getting attacks from everywhere all over the world. And very soon, they will buy some of you over. The spirits of Ukpabi Asika and Ifeajuna are still in some of you. When the time comes, they will buy some of you over.

I am doing this programme tonight, not to ask all of you to be strong. I am doing it to remind you that if they succeed in buying you over, you are not going to stop what we are doing. You can’t! You cannot, not in a trillion years. But I need you to appreciate one very simple fact: That at the end of this very race, everybody will testify that indeed ChukwuOkike Abiama, our own very God is indeed Omini-Potent and Owner of this Biafra agitation. No human can stop it.

We have enemies, and we need to be very very careful. Both enemies within and without. Very very careful. The next two weeks will be pivotal. Next two weeks will be very very important in this very mission that we have embarked upon.

The devil will do everything, and you are going to watch spectacularly how we are going to destroy and shame the enemy. That at the end, every glory and adoration will belong to God and not to man.

Now let us go and tell you what some of you do not understand. I want those of you who are hardcore, who were chosen before you were born. There were some people who were chosen before they were born to agitate for Biafra Restoration. This is a message for you. Those who from their mother’s womb, they were born to do this very work.

You must be very very strong, because Biafra will open the eyes of black people all over the world; because Biafra will mean that blacks from America, blacks from Caribbean, blacks from South America -they will all flood into Africa. It will be like when Yeshuah (Jesus Christ) was born. Biafra is like a light, a beacon. They will follow it. They will say let us go and see what’s happening there.

That is what the neo-colonialists do not want. They don’t want Biafra to come. I am telling our people so they will understand the mountains in front of us that we need to overcome. And for us to overcome it, we need to be very strong mentally….”

UPDATE ON TOMORROW’S SCHEDULED COURT CASE OF ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU:

Ututu Oma, Ezigbo UmuChineke,

Please be informed that we have just received communication from the Federal High Court’s Registrar, notifying us that the Court will no longer be sitting tomorrow, 26th May, 2022, on Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case.

According to the Registrar, this is because His lordship, Justice Binta Nyako is indisposed, and as such, the matter is now adjourned to the 28th day of June, 2022 for Ruling/Hearing.

We most respectfully, urge you all to maintain restraint, as you have always done. Keep your eyes on the ball, which is the freedom of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Also, please note that Justice delayed is not justice denied. We are aggressively cruising to victory, it is only a matter of time.

We profoundly appreciate your solidarity, unflinching support and prayers, which have been sustaining us thus far. Please do not relent in your prayers, we do not take it for granted.

Breaking News !

Information reaching IPOB leadership now is that Mama Biafra (Lolo Ukamaka Ejezie) has been abducted by men of Nigeria DSS heavily armed they claim they from the IG’s Office and up till now Mama Biafran’s whereabout is still unknown as IPOB legal team went to IG’s office but were told they have no knowledge of her whereabout .

DSS should stop abducting our mothers just because they came to Abuja in solidarity of our Mazi Nnamdi Kanu .

The Independence of Biafra passes through the trial of Mazi Kanu

Following this, the Nigerian government has called the Italian government to ensure that it will seek a peaceful resolution. For its part, the Italian government has placed the release of Mazi Kanu as a prerequisite for carrying out commercial negotiations regarding Nigerian gas, thus trusting that where justice does not arrive, economic interests can arrive.
