Thank you all for the outpouring of love & support each and everyone of you expressed towards me. I am extremely proud of myself. It was a blessing to be back competing and place Top 5 @ state.
My team was literally the best. from dancers, sponsors, designers, family & friends I can’t thank you enough. Building a completely new package in less than 2 months while dealing with a family passing … phewww my hats go off to the Giscelliens. From the thousands of rhinestones & beads to the countless hours of rehearsals…everyday something was accomplished.
A dear warm special thank you to Vivien Vee Lauren: My best friend was with me every second. She stayed glued to me making sure that I delivered my absolute best. From running out of interview, headed to the mall, to shoving our faces in a local Chinese buffet before gown.. seriously … Thank you!! THANK YOU for letting me be on top of my game but also letting me break-free. I love you!
To all contestants, it was a pleasure to meet and compete with y’all. I had fun and it was a rush. I was fueled with excitement to showcase my hard work.
A critique that I see a lot was to relax. I can agree with that. I get too hyped and that energy can take away from living in the present. All I want to do is work. Pageants are at a low attendance and I have more than enough stamina to adjust that. My ultimate dream goal is to make every feel the excitement I get while doing what I love.
