BOOK ALERT! As many of you will know I have spent the last couple of years writing a book, an extension of my podcast. It’s called REGRETS OF THE DYING: STORIES AND WISDOM THAT REMIND US HOW TO LIVE, and contains real 21 stories from around the world, stories about secrets, love, work, family and life.
I wrote it as a reminder to appreciate the things we like, to change the things we don’t, and to try and see how we can all regret a little less.
