I am a caustic,music-loving,idealist with an inclination for all things off the wall. I recently moved to the greatest city on earth, for those of you who are trust fund babies, beatniks, or "sound enthusiasts" (I use the loosest term possible because using the word "music" wouldn't begin to summarize the vast array offered here). My name is Marisha,I live in Los Angeles, California,and I am not a
hipster. That statement now feels as though it's a must have in our standard robotic introductions as our pop culture is spinning fast in a direction that as the Talking Heads would say is a "road to nowhere". We need to decipher the daytime moccasin wearers from the daunting Chuck bearers,so I feel it is important for you to know that I am wearing Docs. With that being said,I have started this music forum/blog/column/shindig because I feel that what I say is worth being said. I am no one important,but stick around and I just might be. I am tired of living experiences and not having the where to account them to,so this page will serve as a guide and voice as I try to make life move along. I will mainly focus on music as most of my day is spent reading music related articles and LA sound ventures,but with nothing ever going as planned we will see.
