The Basics

Submitting and acquiring auditions for my clients- current pace over 100 submissions a day.
Conducting interviews for talented actors at my office to propel their careers forward.
Known by Casting Directors (and thanked by CDs) for my fast turnaround in getting them confirmations for their audition requests of my clients. Compliments verbal and in writing.
Negotiating contracts and communicating with my actors about them and getting their approval.
Forwarding and following up on all received auditions for clients in a snap timely manner: scripts, sides, location, wardrobe, etc. etc.
Coordinating of Eco-Casts and uploading them (and in some cases teaching actors how to do them).
Speaking to Casting Directors, Producers, Directors, Theatre Company owners and, gently pushing when necessary, to get my client in the door.
Advising clients on offers received but always leaving it as their choice in the end.
Attending shows of not only my clients but also invitations from actors in other shows.
Attending College Showcases as per invitation.
Traveling to see my clients in their Opening Nights and performances in NYC and out of the state. i.e.; Flew to Cannes Film Festival in 2018 to support my clients in the Short Film Corner entry which had four (4) of my clients in that film.
Driven 19 hours to be at the Opening Night of my client in her first Equity Show in Chicago, Ill.
Drove to Florida to see a potential Equity client in West Side Story and later she became my client upon her request. (just a few examples, more upon request).
Submitting my non-union clients to Equity auditions. And, encouraging them to attend the Equity auditions: EPAs and ECCs and wait to see if they will be seen, and upon booking AEA show, encourage them to become a member by joining Actors Equity Association.
Actively network with Industry Professionals to expand the agency’s notoriety so that my actors will be given many more opportunities for work and propel their careers forward towards their goals.
