In Argentina, there are two exchange rates for US Dollars: the official rate, and the "blue" rate. Right now, at the blue rate, a dollar is trading for DOUBLE the amount of pesos as the official exchange rate. This means, for anyone in Argentina with dollars, you can get a 50% discount off everything in the country.

I got to bring and on the glacier hike I did many years back! Perito Moreno Glacier is about the same size as Buenos Aires. It's unique in that it's very easy to access - for this reason it's researched to understand glaciers better, and in doper news, they also let you walk on top of it! The Perito Moreno trekking tour is a unique experience in the world, and it ends with a glass of scotch poured over chunks of glacier ice. Simply incredible.
