The university district, home to the University of Washington and its students. This urban neighborhood is home not just to the campus but a sea of restaurants, apartments, and of course the greatest setting in college football, Husky Stadium. Now connected by an underground subway connecting it to downtown to the south and other neighborhoods to the north, it is one of the most connected areas of the city for students and fans alike.

This election was close throughout the whole season. The results expected to be close as well. Election Day was going to be shocking regardless of who won. Either result wouldn’t surprise me. This is why we vote. If a political party isn’t governing how you want you can vote someone else. That’s what happened, people wanted a change.

Walking around Tacoma’s Proctor Neighborhood enjoying the fall colors and local shops yesterday. So many cool spots in Tacoma. Including a slice of Olympia with Olympia Coffee Roasters.

There’s something about a minimal photo editing set up. Just your camera, an iPad, Apple Pencil, some AirPods, and some coffee. I love how makes it super easy to import, edit, and export right from a mobile device. Plus editing with the Apple Pencil is pretty fun.

The iPad makes it super easily to quickly import and start editing even when you’re on the road.

Took the ferry from Bremerton to Seattle today. The Space needle, Seattle waterfront, and Mt. Rainier were all out in fine form. Spontaneous decision to change the return route home.

Took a detour on this Saturday afternoon and strolled around Downtown Olympia with the camera. There’s been some new restaurants opening and some soon to be opened. It’s cool to see downtown look better these days.

The Bible begins in a garden and ends with a city. City with an appearance of a garden. A garden city.

In the beginning…

So many times we can marvel at god’s creation when it comes to nature, beautiful landscapes, and sunsets, but sometimes we can forget about the one part of creation that was made the image of God.

It’s people, all 7 billion people, all uniquely and wonderfully made by God, in his image. Just like we are supposed to care and steward the environment, we also need to care for the people around us, taking care of the most vulnerable and in need. No matter the differences.

My Story

My name is Joshua Heath, I am 33 years old living in the Pacific Northwest. I started in graphic design editing digital maps for a local tech startup in Seattle and volunteering at my local church designing everything from event flyers, social media graphics, and short videos for youth events. I then started providing content marketing services to a local restoration company in Kalispell, Montana where I did everything from create a custom website using the Squarespace platform and creating custom content on a daily basis for platforms such as a company blog, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

I have a passion for telling stories about the why of the company and helping businesses connect on a human level with their customers. Finding the right content that provides value to the user in a unique way.
