A walk at Chew Valley Lake summer 2021

We took a lovely evening stroll to cool down during the heatwave! I wanted Harry to do some walking as he was up past midnight and needed to burn some energy. Eva shows off some of her new words! Mum and son picnic | Treasured memories

I had to pick Harry up from school for an appointment, so we went for a picnic before heading back to the school to collect Eva. All I can say is... I will always treasure this moment, it was an absolutely beautiful afternoon with my eldest child, a rare moment indeed. He also did so well to leave the safety of his wheelchair behind, I am so proud of him and how he managed to stay relaxed and enjoy the time!
