Some sources at Kotaku claim that remastered versions of GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas will be soon announced and released this year for a multitude of platforms, including Nintendo Switch. Developed by Rockstar Dundee, the trilogy will feature an updated UI, which retains the same classic style, and will be using Unreal Engine with a mix of "new and old graphics".
Rockstar has also planned to develop new ports of games like Red Dead Redemption. But the future of these remastered games depends on how well these initial re-releases sell.
