@niu_taiwanese_beef_noodles is your go-to for perfect Taiwanese Beef Noodles! There is literally not much on their menu, but you can tell it’s because they’ve spent time perfecting everything. Choose from: 1. Traditional Taiwanese Beef Noodles: Large beef shins, rich and smooth soup, and pickled mustard greens. 2. Beef Short Ribs Noodles: I found this more flavourful with thicker, rich broth. In both dishes the meat is incredibly tender and packed so much flavour. Can’t pick a favourite! Don’t miss the starters! The Fried Chicken with basil mayo dip is amazing, and the Braised Pork with rice is super tender and tasty. The drinks are next-level. Have you tried the Crookie? • It is currently all the craze in Paris! I really wanted to try it, so you can imagine my excitement when I saw that you can try it at @philippe_conticini_uk 😍🥰 It saved me a train ticket! • Theirs is literally cookie dough melted over a croissant that has yummy chocolate spread inside, as opposed to the cookie being baked inside of the croissant. 🥐 Overall I enjoyed it but I can tell if they were both tried separately it would be as equally enjoyable. Would you try this?
