It is with a heavy heart I have to announce I am cancelling the Liberty Never Sleeps podcast hour
Medical science can only do so much for me at this point, and while I continue to still battle pancreatic cancer, I wish to choose to spend my remaining days, however many God allows me, with my family and closest friends.
I always said I will fight until they carried me out, and indeed that is what I am doing. All members are encouraged to cancel their subscriptions at this point and refunds will be issued to people on any donations made after June 30th. I will keep social media accounts open at least until the election, if should so make it.
Take Care and TY all for supporting the show for this many years.

Through some personal correspondence there is word of a new law in California, you can read about it here. Apparently it is now illegal to throw a football, or a Frisbee, on the beach there now because of the risk of injury. The whole point of throwing a Frisbee or a football on the beach instead...

In tribal and primitive cultures there are certain things that are considered ‘off limits’ or a matter of bringing shame on a person for performing such acts. As a result, taboos are very effective for the control and limitation of negative behaviors in a society. Different cultures have differe...
The Widget and government...a tall tale....
One day, a man decided he had a great idea, he invented something called a widget. The widget was a marvelous device. It could do just about anything, entertain a person for hours, and lasted forever. The man opened up a small shop and sold his widgets to his friends and neighbors and became quite s...

On why Democracy Is Not Necessarily Freedom
While the events in Ukraine and the Middle East are being played out, our Vice President made an important South American trade tour in order to develop immigration ties to our southern neighbors and to solidify some negotiations between that region and our own. During that visit, Harris talked abou...

On why shutdowns never happen anymore
A government shutdown is now looming since both sides of the government can't seem to agree on how much money they are going to waste this year. Oh, we pass spending bills, but the day-to-day operations of the government still seem to be in limbo. Democrats blame the Republicans, and Republicans bla...

Procedure went well. Looks like my pancreas was obliterated however, and I need to take enzyme replacement therapy for life. Still waiting for results on biopsy but no immediate threats of cancer spreading. Need to take off until next week though, throat is hamburger meat. See you then.
An update on Tom's health; his cancer might have returned. Plus a few thoughts on Kate Middleton and the quackzine.
What a mess our country is in-- from the POTUS getting Laken Riley's name wrong, to the ridiculous outfit and shouting from MTG, we are in deep trouble.
Keep in mind, Putin during his interview with Tucker Carlson is going to say a lot of stuff that is designed to incite people. It will also be how Russia views the West- which may or may not be the actual truth. That's why its important we see it. Take it with a grain of salt.
What the left wanted was an open border and this immigration bill codifies it, as well as funding more nonsense in the Ukraine, which is just a money laundering operation for them, then tied it to aid for Israel to make the whores in the GOP vote for it.
This abomination of a bill legalizes the invasion of 2 million illegals every year, pays for their lawyers, and gives Ukraine another $60 billion.
For the record, I prefer a flat income tax, if we have to have one at all, but the reason is not because of fairness. I simply don't want the government having the sort of control over my life were it taxes me into doing things I ordinarily wouldn't
Trump came first in Iowa, DeSantis a distant second. I told you this 6 months ago. I told you this 3 months ago. Did anyone seriously think Haley was going to do well in Iowa, or that Trump might lose? I guess they did. People can't face reality. People don't like the truth, especially when it comes after their sacred cows. DeSantis should have run in 2028 and then he would have been a shoo in. He makes sense, good policies and communicates well. He is conservative, the national party would accept him, and is willing to listen and compromise on issues that don't violate his principles. Running against Trump was a suicide move. People love the guy, almost unreasonably so. But here's another morsel of agony- he has said too many things against GOP leadership, hostile to too many people, and burned too many bridges. Unless the GOP comes together now, and quickly, Trump will lose to Biden.
I have zero respect for people from, or live in, another country, or culture, who proceed to lecture me on how to be a better American, and I don't give a rats ass about being respected by anyone.
Civil War is coming. Liberals will never accept Trump as president, should he win, and the right will just claim voter fraud, or more importantly, election interference by the judicial system. This happened back in 1860 with Abraham Lincoln. Because of election shenanigans back then as well, Lincoln became president when he did not receive the majority of the vote or the electoral collage, only a plurality. States seceded because they refused to accept him as president, and the federal government acted rashly and started seizing armories and military installations from the states. It resulted in massive loss of life. The number of soldiers who died between 1861 and 1865, generally estimated at 620,000, is approximately equal to the total of American fatalities in the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, the Mexican War, the Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, and the Korean War, combined. This time it will be much worse.
To hell with Trump, this is about the process, not him. If a sitting president (vis a vis the DOJ) can push a candidate off the ballot with simply an accusation of insurrection, it threatens the Republic and the foundation of three amendments to the Constitution.
