When I tried this, I literally told my husband how much I wish I knew about when I gave birth to my daughter. It’s a new month, blessed to see a new day! I started with some coffee (after a glass of water ofc) and my journal, expressing gratitude and just taking time to Ｐａｕｓｅ& be present. I know you usually go into a new month thinking about all you want to accomplish but I’ve been getting more comfortable with being in the present moment, being thankful for it and not letting time pass me by constantly thinking about a future time or day in my head. & in June I’m inviting more of these calming, peaceful vibes to flow to me with ease. What are you attracting in this new month??

Me poppin back in like I haven’t ghosted again🙃 I have a habit of doin this whenever I start to feel overwhelmed with life. I talk about why I disappear, and my struggle with self esteem, self doubt, constantly comparing and depression in my latest video. The support has been amazing and I’m glad I shared this because it’s so crazy to me that people think I don’t deal with things like this just because I have a platform. Social media has a way of completely distorting our grasp on reality. We think having a lot of followers equates to this perfect, “not a care in the world” lifestyle when 99% of the time that’s not the case. Depression don’t give af about how many likes you get. My platform doesn’t magically make me exempt from having these feelings & emotions. Anyone’s mental health can be affected (especially scrolling on social media) so I hope me opening up about my situation validates however you may be feeling. I promise it’s not just you, you’re not alone. I go through the motions too..Just another flawed human trynna get this sh*t right

Sometimes my hair routine feels like a chore. I hardly ever look forward to wash day so I never felt like my haircare was self-care. I also can’t stand dealing with product buildup so I’m always willing to incorporate products and tools to make my routine more enjoyable and healthy. I talked about being open to abundance & a flow of new opportunities and blessings in my last post. Man you speak things into the universe and they appear. I randomly got an email to apply to the Sephora squad (never got one before). & Even then, I still wasn’t going to apply, I was happy with just supporting my girls that I saw post about it.
