What do you bake when it's freezing cold and in need of some comfort food? Sourdough buttery rolls! A recipe I found on Insta and had to try. I cheated on the process a little because, well, my back was giving me grief and not having any of the standing nonsense required for some of the steps, sooooooooo, I skipped it. Even with fast tracking the process they came out great only to discover we had no more jam. So what did I do? I improvised. I had some sourdough donut syrup left from a week or two ago and I had some frozen blueberries so I made quick homemade blueberry jam and it was yum with the buttery rolls!

When you live life with a glass half full you don't see stop signs, only speed bumps and you can choose to go over or around, your move.

I'm sorry if this comes as a shock to anyone who knows my friend. She had a stroke and is in hospital. I'm trying to find out what the circumstances were. Lynne is widely known in the Industry in as a . She was also a for many years. What I do know is that she was found in the precinct of Grootte Schuur hospital a month ago. Her car, phone, ID etc is missing. Not sure if this was a highjacking or what exactly happened because no one knows. If you know what happened please reach out to me, I would appreciate any leads whatsoever. I will also look into starting a fundraiser for her care, but in the meantime, there are so many missing pieces. It is likely that she first had a TIA (transient ischemic attack) and then a stroke.
