There's need to be a discussion, a real discussion! Why are men instantly punished because of women accusations without due course? Why are there close no support for the falsely accused men after their career, relationships, finances, reputation and mental health been obliterated from the shunning of society and peers? Why are there no laws protecting men from women of a lewd past and a lying tongue? Why are women allowed to be in these facilities to work amongst male athletes, why create an environment of he said, she said?
The San Diego County District Attorney's Office has completed its review of an alleged sexual assault from October 2021 and decided no criminal charges will be filed against former Bills P Matt Araiza and the other SDSU football players involved, per ESPN’s Alaina Getzenberg. “Ultimately, prosecutors determined it is clear the evidence does not support the filing of criminal charges and there is no path to a potential criminal conviction. Prosecutors can only file charges when they ethically believe they can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.”
