Hope ya’ll are doing well & Happy Friday! Solo episode today.
I remember my old english professor would always say "Put the Turkey On The Table" when class was about to start. So that kind of stuck with me and hence the title of the episode. With the holidays coming up, I decided to talk about eating turkey, my substance use typically escalating during this time of the year & how much simpler and manageable my life is without using & more. Super grateful for staying clean, it is a night and day difference for me & it may be for you too if you decide to give it a shot.
If you still party, all i'll suggest is to please practice harm reduction: get your drugs tested, learn signs of overdoses etc.
Stay safe and happy holidays!
