UPDATE ON TOMORROW’S SCHEDULED COURT CASE OF ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU:

Ututu Oma, Ezigbo UmuChineke,

Please be informed that we have just received communication from the Federal High Court’s Registrar, notifying us that the Court will no longer be sitting tomorrow, 26th May, 2022, on Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case.

According to the Registrar, this is because His lordship, Justice Binta Nyako is indisposed, and as such, the matter is now adjourned to the 28th day of June, 2022 for Ruling/Hearing.

We most respectfully, urge you all to maintain restraint, as you have always done. Keep your eyes on the ball, which is the freedom of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Also, please note that Justice delayed is not justice denied. We are aggressively cruising to victory, it is only a matter of time.

We profoundly appreciate your solidarity, unflinching support and prayers, which have been sustaining us thus far. Please do not relent in your prayers, we do not take it for granted.

Let it be clear the Abia State High Court will be forced to postpone the Judgment scheduled in Umuahia on 19th January2022 if we locked down on 19th January 2022, We can’t afford it. The IPOB legal team worked very hard to conclude this case quickly and to this stage .
Therefore, whether win or lose on this particular day , any more adjournment will be dangerous and severely injurious to Mazi Nnamdi legal interest.

UPDATE ON OUR ROUTINE VISIT TO OUR INDEFATIGABLE CLIENT-ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE SECURITY(DSS)ABUJA, TODAY, THE 13TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2022.

We undertook our customary visit to Onyendu in DSS custody today. In the course of the visit, our discussions focused primarily on our final preparations for the legal battle that would resume on the turf of the Federal High Court, Abuja Judicial Division, from next week and on subsequent adjourned dates, if any.

We coalesced the product of our individual reflections on the most potent legal strategies henceforth to be adopted, fine tuned and harmonised them, and then distilled them into a single, conclusive, potent, workable formula. We are optimistic that the court outings of Onyendu would be impressive. Onyendu himself is in high spirit. Our discussions with him further reassured him and strengthened his determination to persevere unrelentingly. I declare to you, UMUCHINEKE, that Onyendu is fully prepared to appear in court as from the 18th of January, 2022. He is rooting for victory and knows that, with the help of ChukwuokikeAbiama, victory is assured.
You will all behold with your eyes an interesting dimension in the harmonised workable formula we have evolved. The detractors of Onyendu will be comprehensively humbled and permanently put to shame.
Further, Onyendu utilized the opportunity afforded by our visit to mandate us to admonish his teeming supporters and followers. He advises those of them that would appear in court in demonstration of their unflinching support and loyalty to him to conduct themselves with decorum, be civil in their conduct and comportment, shun violence and deviant behaviour in any manner or form, and exercise restraint in speech.
On our part, we have caused formal correspondences to issue on responsible, sovereign, democratic Governments and other international institutions to prevail on the Nigerian Government to caution uncouth and overzealous security agents. We can authoritatively declare to you, UMUCHINEKE, that those correspondences are receiving the requisite attention they deserve. We are optimistic that there would be a positive transformation in the conduct and general approach of the said overzealous security agents at the next appearance of Onyendu in court.
We make bold to state for the umpteenth time that Onyendu has not committed any offence known to law. For this reason, he must be released unconditionally.
We specially appeal to you, UMUCHINEKE, to demonstrate profound understanding and fortitude in these trying times. You must remain focused, dogged, and resilient. On no account must your untiring spirit be shaken and your resolve diluted. You must keep the peace at all times and comport yourselves with decorum. In no too distant time, you will surely savour the sweetness of victory. Celebration and jollity will resound in your respective dwellings and sorrow and sighing shall take a permanent and unremitting flight to the abyss.
Onyendu expresses his profound gratitude and appreciation to millions of his followers and supporters scattered throughout the face of the earth. He declares to them never to lose hope but to hold steadfastly to that one thing that is dear to them. He promises them that with the help of ChukwuokikeAbiama the present distraction would soon pass and that victory and celebration would be their lot.

BUHARI SHOULD NOT BE DECEIVED BY FAKE INFORMATION ABOUT US, HE MUST RELEASE OUR LEADER NOW - IPOB

We are the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU. Our attention has been drawn to the statement by President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria that he will not release our Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. We know that this position by Buhari after he had earlier promised a delegation of Igbo leaders that he would consider their appeal to consider a political solution for Kanu, was not unconnected with the visit by some foreign-based traitors and enemies of our struggle.

Our intelligence captured what transpired in a meeting between these sabotures and their host in A*o Rock. In the evil meeting the sabotures and traitors concluded with the presidency that Mazi Nnamdi KANU should not be released, claiming erroneously though, that IPOB and ESN has been defeated which is lies. But we want to tell Buhari and his co-horts that he is going to make a mistake capable of consuming Nigeria should he fail to release Nnamdi Kanu because these bunch of crimials hehad meeting with were not giving him correct information about IPOB and ESN outfit.

Why should the federal government be releasing bandits and terrorists wrecking havock across the country but fail to release freedom seekers.

Federal government should not be deceived by blacklegs and sacked members of the Movement who are feeding it with fake information about IPOB and ESN outfit for pecuniary interests. IPOB is too big for them to comprehend and they could not fantom IPOB and its operational strategy when they were in IPOB, we don't want to mention their names. The people who visited him promised to help him crush IPOB and ESN but unfortunately they cannot achieve that, actually they will be disappointed.

Nevertheless, Federal Government and Buhari should understand that Nnamdi KANU is capable of defending himself in the court.

But Buhari and his government must be careful, neutral and allow the court to flow freely because they have no case against our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU. If they have case against him let them come straight to the court not from the backdoor.

Our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU and IPOB will defeat them both local and international court, the only thing that can save him and his Nigeria is referendum date for the people of Biafra because the world is keenly watching.

Buhari and his cabals should reconsider their stance concerning the release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU. They should heed the voice of reason instead of holding an innocent man without any justifiable reason.

IPOB is a well recognised freedom fighting movement in the world and we will shock everyone in the country if we exhaust our patience because we listened to the elders and religious leaders and decided to pipe low. Buhari, APC and those traitors who visited him towards the end of December 2021 to feed him with lies about IPOB should be held responsible.

Nobody can defeat ESN and IPOB. We will fight for the struggle for freedom of Biafra till the last man. Biafra restoration is a divine mandate and nobody can scuttle it.

NNIA NWODO SHOULD STOP ATTACKING US FOR RELEVANCE

We are the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU. Our attention has been drawn to the fallacious and ridiculous statement from the most hopeless man in Alaigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo, asking IPOB to stop killing our people. We see this statement as that of a drowning man who wants to grab anything to stay afloat.

Nnia Nwodo is only seeking relevance and feels the only way to get relevance is to make statements about IPOB. He has come again. Nwodo should not forget what he did against IPOB when he was President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo. It is like his money has finished and he expects his slaves master to send him more money by attacking IPOB.

This old man is confused and will remain confused till his death. We have questions to ask Nnia Nwodo over his ranting: Has he investigated those who attacked Ajali Police station and confirmed they were IPOB? Has he also investigated who attacked the convoy of Hon Chris Azubogu when he was coming back from Awka to Nnewi, where he dumped PDP for APC, and confirmed it was IPOB? Instead of this fulani stooge to caution politicians like him, he is busy chasing shadows and accusing IPOB . Our philosophy is peaceful restoration of Biafra. We have no hands in the senseless killings in Biafra land but Nwodo and traitors like him will want to link us with these atrocities just to impress their Fulani slavemasters.

It seems Nnia Nwodo wants to use IPOB to be relevant again? Since he left as President General of Ohaneze he has not been relevant for long. He wants to use IPOB like Joe Igbokwe and Osita Okechukwu, DG of VON, to be relevant and attract sympathy from APC party. Shameless people in display! Fulani in charge of APC and in control of Nigeria government can never give them recognition, no matter what they do.

We wish to thank all those that complied with our directive to sit-at-home on 1st October, 2021. We thank you all for your compliance, and for rejecting Nigeria and her tribalalistic Fulani-controlled government in Abuja.

We equally appreciate and commend those institutions and churches including companies who on their own, dismantled Nigeria flags in their premises. Thank you for your cooperation. IPOB will never relent in our resolve to restore Biafra.

Any institution, company, hotel, etc that is yet to comply with this directive should stop waiting for us to remove the flags for them. They should simply do the needful because disobedience is not a good option.

Following numerous complaints we have received concerning people claiming to be representatives of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, who approach politicians in Nigeria, soliciting financial support for IPOB, we wish to clarify that IPOB has NEVER, and will NEVER ask anybody to beg for such financial support. IPOB under the able leadership of our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu did not send anybody on such shameful errand.

IPOB is a global movement with members in over 100 countries and we know how we raise our funds. We don't solicit financial support from politicians. We have nothing to do with Nigerian politicians; we don't need their money!

Therefore, anybody no matter how highly or lowly placed or even related to our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, parading as a representative of IPOB sent to collect financial support from any politician is on his or her own. Such impostors assuming the complaints are correct are scammers. They don't have the mandate of IPOB.

We therefore, seriously warn anybody swindling unsuspecting or greedy politicians in the name of IPOB to immediately disembark from such scandalous mission or brace up for the dire consequences. If we catch anybody no matter who such a one is, fronting as IPOB agent before any Nigerian politician, such a person will live in regrets the rest of his or her life if the one is lucky to escape the wrath of God.

We also wish to advise gullible and greedy politicians not to deal with, or give money to anyone claiming to have been sent by IPOB. We have not sent or delegated anyone for such a disgraceful mission. Be warned!~

My family, friends and well wishers joined me today in THANKSGIVING to God Almighty for sparing my life once again.

My life is a subject of unending testimonies. Few days ago, I survived yet another BRUTAL ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT on my life. When I say Brutal, I mean BRUTAL in every sense of it, but the Almighty Chukwuokike Abiama yet again SPARED MY LIFE.

EndSars: Ten IPOB Activists Unjustifiably Charged For Murder, Regains Freedom

The unwavering Indigenous People Of Biafra, records yet another prodigious victory, as Ten activists abducted during the October 2021 End Sars protest, regains freedom.
The activists were charged for Murder, Treason and other trumped up charges, hence remanded in Afara Prisons Umuahia, as ordered by the Trial Court.

This colossal victory, occurred on the 2nd Of September 2021, following the due perfection of their stringent Bail conditions by IPOB Legal Support Team, prior to the fierce Legal combat, Bail applications moved by Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor Chambers(IPOB Lead Counsel) and granted by a High Court sitting in Umuahia on 19th July, 2021.

The Stringent and Unfair conditions reads as thus;

(1)They are granted Bail in like sum of Five Million Naira(5Million) each

(2)Each Applicant shall provide Two(2) Sureties each (I.e TWENTY SURETIES ARE REQUIRED)

(3)Sureties to be resident within the jurisdiction

(4)Each of the Sureties shall provide Documents of Landed properties and depose the Title deeds to Court for One Year

(5)Each Surety shall provide Three Years, Task Clearance

(6)The Registrar of the Court to verify the address of the sureties and deposed to an affidavit to that effect

(7)Each Surety shall swear an affidavit of means

(8)Sureties to provide Three(3) Passports each

(9)Each Applicants shall provide Two Passports each

The activists who were incarcerated for Eleven months in the Prison facility, raised their thunderous voices in Joy and appreciated the efforts of IPOB Leadership, towards their freedom.
With a relentless and brave hearts, they reiterated their support towards Biafra restoration, as they reunite with their beloved Families.
