We strive to achieve the highest standard in programming to ensure high quality programs which reflect the interests of our diverse audience. Sahar-TV programs seek to highlight Canadian talents and culture on the world stage, connecting people and events from around the world. Our educational programs seek to enlighten the world about Canadian culture and arts, promoting unity across the world. O

ur goal is to reflect the Canadian people’s voice in an open and objective format, focusing on solutions, ethical conduct and mutual respect. Our network emphasizes what is right with people and how each and every one of us is an asset to our global society. We welcome your participation! Lalaka Mamanzay is the Founder and CEO of Sahar-TV. Having been born and raised in Afghanistan, speaking 5 languages, and moving to Canada in 2001, Lalaka understands the importance of diversity and multiculturalism—a central theme in Sahar-TV. Mamanzay has worked in all aspects of production, from filming, composing and arranging musical pieces, graphic design, editing, and producing. He brings this depth of experience to run the Sahar-TV network.
