Digital editor Nathan here. This past Thursday, our 9th issue came out. This means there’s only one more left!!!

Today I’m in the newsroom for a weekend ritual— scheduling of the social media posts. Usually on Saturday and Sunday morning I sit down and write posts for Twitter and Facebook that include a short blurb and a link to an article. I then schedule them out so they are posted through out the next few days.

Make sure to follow on the Instagram and Twitter-verse if you don’t already.
Ciao!

Ladies & Gentlemen:

Re: Let's Hear Your Story (LHYS)

My name is Tony Lombardo. I have been afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for over forty-one years and wheelchair bound for twenty-one years. To say the least, it certainly has not been an easy road.

Along the way, I have met numerous individuals who taught me the true meaning of the word COURAGE. As a means of "paying it forward," I established Let's Hear Your Story (LHYS). Our mantra is “How We Conquer Life's Obstacles.” We collect and post personal survival stories on the LHYS site as the written word, videos, or by other available mediums. Anonymous stories are welcome.

Please visit our Facebook prototype site at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/439109260104105.

LHYS exhibits “social value” by focusing upon how we learn survival skills from each other.

I am developing LHYS into an online showcase which focuses upon the Inner Strength contained within the Human Spirit. We will post a vast selection of exceptional work created by exceptional individuals.

We welcome individuals who are interested in exhibiting their work on the LHYS site.

Please feel free to contact me at [email protected]. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Tony Lombardo

Congrats to The Record for being named "Newspaper of the Year" by Indiana Collegiate Press Association for the third time in a row (and the fourth time in five years)! 📰

More than 20 students earned awards in this year's contest.
In other good news, The Record was just named Indiana Newspaper of the Year. Again!
Could someone please post a photo of one of your two campus bidets in your C**t Yoder building? I just heard about then from one of your lovely students on a hike this morning. I had asked if anyone had used a bidet recently. I am interested in knowing the brand. Nice to hear that controls are mounted on the wall. Great to learn of Goshen College sustainable bathroom effort. Would be interested to see posts about other campus sustainability measures or a link to find them.
BIG NEWS! 🎥🎙📰 91.1 The Globe, FiveCore Media, The Record and other GC Communication Dept. curriculars will finally come together in one dedicated space in the fall of 2020!
Congratulations to The Record for being named “Newspaper of the Year” for the second year in a row in the Indiana Collegiate Press Association college division! 📰📷🏆 Keep up the good work!

Congratulations to The Record, the GC Communication Dept. and to all the students who earned awards from the Indiana Collegiate Press Association last weekend!
