Lah /lɑ́/ or /lɑ̂/ The ubiquitous word lah used at the end of a sentence in Manglish, can also be described as a particle that simultaneously asserts a position and entices solidarity.

We chose the phrase “please lah!” because first of all - it sounds very Malaysian, doesn’t it? Second of all, it conveys frustration, anger and annoyance very perfectly.
