The Harmummies The Harmummies is a Norfolk based choir, especially for Mums. We set up a few years ago and used to meet once a week with our little ones in tow.

Now we try to meet up for one off sessions a few times a year. Keep your eyes peeled for dates! You don't have to be a great singer to join The Harmummies, just an enthusiastic one! I am a music teacher, experienced singer (and, of course, a Mummy) and have set up my dream choir. You can bring your little ones along (so no child care required), but you - the Mummies - do the singing! I will provid

e toys for the children to play with, but you will be responsible for their safety. Each session will be followed by tea, fresh coffee, homemade cake and a chat - a lovely opportunity to get to know other Mums! WEDNESDAY mornings, (term time) at 10.15, at The Maddermarket Theatre, Norwich. There will be 45 minutes of singing, followed by tea and coffee in the recently refurbished bar. Just back from an amazing morning with The Harmummies. We learnt & recorded this in 45 minutes. Shania would be proud! Listen out for the chromatic harmony we added in..... 😍

We learnt this beaut of a song in only an hour last night. 2 mini choirs, 6 parts, 5 soloists & a fabulous night. Just goes to show what we can accomplish without children hanging off our legs! 😂 This really is beautiful- have tissues ready before you listen. 😍

Another awesome sound bite from today's session. Love my Harmummies (and our Melodaddy!!) 😊

During Harmummies the children play in our circle, sit on our knees, feed, eat copious amounts of snacks, charge around and occasionally dance along. What we don't realise is that they are listening the whole time.....everything is going in! Is it such a wonderful experience for them to see us (their mummies) singing for enjoyment and to be immersed in music at such a young age. Here is the delightful Noah singing a bit of Rick Astley!
