It has been well over a decade since Robin and Linda Williams stopped by a WTJU Folk program, but it is finally happening this afternoon at 4:30 for a live session at The Stage to which you are invited. We are bound to talk about their February 4 gig at The Jefferson Theater (sponsored by WTJU!).

Hope you will come out to be part of the studio audience this afternoon for Robin and Linda Williams at The Stage. There is plenty of parking, and the roads and parking lot are quite clear.

The great Irish fiddler Frankie Gavin has Esophageal Cancer Stage 3, and could use a little help. Former Prism Coffeehouse director Fred Boyce used to say there were very few fiddlers who could do a solo show, and Frankie is one of them. He has played in Central Virginia a number of times over the years, most recently with our friends at Blue Ridge Irish Music School. He has stopped by WTJU on many an occasion.
