It’s safe to say we love a good sandwich, so when popped up, we knew we had to check it out 👌🏻

We tried a couple of their Italian inspired sandwiches and left very pleased 😌
❶ Cantina: Smoked turkey, mortadella, hot salami, provolone, mayo, lettuce and giardiniera.
❷ Tommy's Thursday club: Chicken cutlet, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, hot honey.
❸ Lemon & Ricotta Zeppoli.

Make sure to go out and support your local Restos (popup or not) any chance you get 🙏 They all could use a little love right now.

🙏 Paying homage to an industry OG. When Ssäm Bar opened up in ’06, people were talking about it non-stop. It would be an understatement to call it an influential restaurant.

It wasn’t until 2010 that we made our way down to NYC to check it out, and it lived up to the hype.

Very sad to hear of its closing, but hopeful that operations and staff will be taken care of. It’s crazy to see the effects of COVID-19 on this industry and the people that make it what it is. This is very real.
