SURIN STORY เกิดจากกลุ่มคนที่ร่วมกันนำเสนอเรื่องราวของจังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยใช้เวลาว่างจากงานประจำหรือการเรียน มาสร้างการนำเสนอในรูปแบบต่างๆ ตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อบันทึกเรื่องราวของท้องถิ่นเอาไว้
