Coach Lewis brings on none other than his very own athlete and newly crowned British 100k Champion Dougie Selman. Some of you may know the outcome but the ex*****on of his win is simply outstanding. For any distance runner out there, this interview is a must to listen - Dougie leaves no stone unturned when it comes to how he got the win!

Congratulations Megan on an amazing performance! 👏🙌

MEGAN ON TARGET FOR OLYMPICS
Inverness Harriers Life Member Megan Keith had a phenomenal run in Califoria earlier this morning in the Sound Running Big Ten 10,000mtrs when she finished in 4th place in a time of 30.36.84mins making her the 4th ranked fastest female ever in the UK. This is also under the qualifying time for the Paris Olympics. Well done Megan and congratulations to her coach Ross Cairns from all at the club.
