On Behalf Of Studios, LLC (OBOS) is a passionate group of filmmakers who have come together to write, direct and produce films that support organizations through positive brand awareness and film profit sharing.

The OBOS Process

Backers contribute to the film fund to fully finance the production budget.

OBOS makes the film (principal photography, editing, and score).

OBOS sells the film to a reputable VOD provider (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc...).

Of the profit from the sale of the movie, two thirds will be given back to the charity that the film is about, and one third of it will be put towards financing the next film.

Alaina's Wish

Alaina's Wish tells the story of Alaina Stone, a young woman who suffers a traumatic and life threatening injury. Along the way, the people she meets and the lessons learned from her Make-A-Wish experience will guide her to become the person she was always meant to be.

This film has a $250,000 production budget, and we currently have $100,000 pledged in time, equipment, and materials towards the creation of the film. The screenplay and pre-production are complete.

The Ask

We are seeking to raise the remaining $150,000 for the production budget. These funds will be put directly towards producing Alaina's Wish and paying our cast and crew, as well as marketing the film.

If we are able to raise more funds than our goal, the caliber of the talent will increase as we can afford bigger names for the film.
