Teaching feel-good stretchy yoga to busy people to help them live a life of more ease and more everyday creativity.

Clara is a recovering people-pleaser. She spent a lot of years fitting herself into a box that (she thought) made other people happy. She loved yoga, but she didn’t always get to class. She spent a lot of time driving for work, driving her son to school and to his activities, sitting hunched over a computer – she knows how bad it feels to put off feeling better. She also knows how good it feels to take action toward feeling better.

Many of us have jobs that keep us sitting at desks, or responsibilities that keep us sitting in the car. Whether you are hunched over a computer at the office or hunched over the wheel in the carpool line, all that sitting can make our backs sore, our hips cranky, and our necks and shoulders chronically ache. Even if we enjoy a regular walk, or hit the gym for a workout on the way home, our bodies can feel stiff and sore. We need to stretch it out and move our bodies into shapes that work out the kinks.

She has studied many types of yoga, but the type of yoga Clara shares is all about feeling better – in mind, body, and spirit. She draws from those many yoga traditions and a modern understanding of human anatomy to help create more physical ease. Once your body feels better, your mind and spirit feel better, too.
