What a lekker surprise bumping into these two post-their-jol last night. I was pretty much raging and frustrated this morning before seeing them but their shenanigans cheered me the f**k up.
Day 16 no , day 6 no . I raged this morning probably due to withdrawals but also probably due to still struggling with self love and forgiving myself for years of sh*tty decisions.

#Surfing has saved my life. Well, the #surflife and the inspiration of someone very close to me. Before August 7th 2021, I never had a passion for any #sport or “active lifestyle”, but since this person, and several other friends supported me, I have to say without this #hobby in my life, I’d probably have swallowed a bullet by now. I’m eternally grateful to these people (you know who you are) and to everyone else who has supported me and helped me on this wonderful journey thus far. #2022 is just another wave and I ain’t #nosediving this time. 🌊🌊🌊
