Here's one for the nerds like me. After the arrival of a bunch of cabling this weekend I got the the 40 channel Midas mixer for the PA sync'd up with the 40 channel Allen & Heath for recording. This means we can multitrack from the PA mixer now as well making live performance captures that much better.

It's a busy week here in Paradise. While I get the audio gear all ready for this weekend's benefit. W***y and Pete have been adding wiring, trusses and new lighting to the light grid to make our videos pop even more. We now have 30 lights up in the ceiling alone. Good Morning Rock & Rollers. We've been fielding some calls this week in regards to our music benefit this coming weekend. Sadly this is a private event. We'll be at capacity with seven bands plus crew and will be extremely busy getting bands in and out.

Been a fun few days re-wiring the entire PA and spiffing the place up. I found a spot to start our wall of fame. It's harder then you'd think with all the walls at crazy angles up in here. Also this dynomite deluxe just walked in tonight and is gonna take up residence for a while. Looking and sounding greater by the week.

This little beauty just showed up. This is our new video switcher called the Atem Mini Pro. Unlike our first stab at live streaming with web cams, this lil rig mixes DSLR cameras with better quality and streams directly from the switcher itself. Look for some new live streams and video recordings in the near future!
