If you suspect someone has heat stroke
1. Immediately call 1122
2. Take the person's temperature if possible
3. if possible,move them somewhere cooler ( at a cool shady place under trees or in a room )
4. Cool them down as quickly as possible by giving them a cool shower , sprinkling them with water or wrapping them in a wet / damp sheet and using a fan to create an air current.
5. Encourage them to drink fluid or ORS if they are conscious
6. Give them a saline drip and oxygen if you are a health care provider .
7. Don't give them aspirin or paracetamol
8. As soon as possible shift the person to near by emergency .

Sometimes when you are extremely tired , don't want to work , Allah Pak gives you courage by sending patients to you who tells you that they have travelled from Gujranwala just to tell me that patient has slept after so many nights and has sent many prayers for me and my family , Alhamdolillah.
