16 weeks...it’s been almost 4 months since I broke my forearm. Would I have been a little further along with rehab if it wasn’t for this global pandemic? Maybe. But I’m still happy with the progress I’ve made: I can open a water bottle, put on my knee sleeves, tie my hair, and finally pick up a barbell. I still have a looooong way to go, but I’m grateful for so many things — a husband, @mahdialown , who (although you drive my crazy 98% of the time) hypes me up when I’m doubting myself, a coach, @schillaci_3 , who has been able to modify my program so I can still make the most out of my training, and all the encouraging messages I get from everyone. You better believe I’m coming back stronger. #roadtorecovery #brokenarm
