Japan is my ultimate dream country! I’ve been manifesting a trip there since I was young. Come 2024, who would have thought that my dream would be fulfilled this year?

This is not to make yabang ha, but just to make kwento because even now, I still get goosebumps thinking about how I was able to secure a visa and pass through Immigration to explore several prefectures of Japan.

Colleagues would joke around, saying, “Book mo na yan!” ‘Coz I always binge-watch reels or videos related to Japan, from foods, to lifestyles, to places.

Pera? Wala parin ako ‘non lol. Hmmmm, I was able to secure flight tickets and accommodation because I saved up the rewards I earned from work (IYKYK). As for food and expenses, honestly, if you follow the itineraries or hype, it will cost you a lot (IMO), so I skipped some of the touristy and hype and just enjoyed wherever my feet took me.

And voila! Welcome to Japan, Kathrina! Some of you were confused by my stories (sorry 😘) but ang lilinaw ng mga mata haha! As much as I want to share during my travel, I was also savoring the time I was in Japan. So yeah, here it is. (Love you!) ❤️

And this concludes my ZamBaSulTa experience. Another Mindanao region ticked off my bucket list. The uniqueness of Tawi-Tawi is one for the books, from the scenery to the locals. Indeed, a superb trip.
