Sister left Maryland today to return to her old home in Ohio. If you listened to the most recent episode, you know Sister’s old owner contacted Claire, and Claire and her mom agreed to send Sister back to be loved and adored by her forever person. She’ll be missed, but we always love a happy reunion!

The cool down - a super important phase post-exercise. I’ll never forget hand walking horses around the shed row after a gallop on the track when I was a kid. I think that really helped shape my cool down exercises after a good workout. A solid 10 minutes plus is always needed for Juliet to completely cool down. I absolutely love practicing our stretch trot during this time too. Always, always, always using my dressage pad every single ride 🐴 what does your cool down routine look like?
