I’ve always had an issue with this fascination of finding balance as I feel like all I’ve been doing instead is chasing wellness while maintaining my marriage, work, running a side business and surrounding myself with positive people for a happy social life.

I’ve always had an issue with this fascination of finding “balance”. There’s no such thing but I feel like all I’ve been doing is chasing wellness while maintaining my marriage, work, running a side business and surrounding myself with positive people for a happy social life. • With my first baby now in the toddler stage, I’ve been chasing this little human around along with a wellness lifestyle for our family. • I’ll be sharing both the fun and raw side of my journey in hopes that it will resonate with other mamas who may feel alone.
