Let’s talk about what happens when you’re trying to make a decision…⁣
⁣
Maybe you’ve heard the age old advice like:⁣
⁣
“Listen to your gut!”⁣
⁣
“If it makes you feel scared, don’t do it.”⁣
⁣
“Follow your head, not your heart!”⁣
⁣
The thing is, whether you experience fear or excitement (e.g. fear at making the biggest investment of your life or excitement about where you could be in 6 months time)...⁣
⁣
The brain instructs the body to do the same things.⁣
⁣
Your breathing and heart rate increases. Your pupils dilate. Your palms start to sweat.⁣
⁣
It’s the same physiological reaction.⁣
⁣
So when you’re making a decision, if you feel fear and excitement… you get to choose which emotion you lean into more. ⁣
⁣
When you find yourself wanting to make big, bold, boss moves in your life, there’s going to be A LOT of fear.⁣
⁣
Your brain is going to come up with all the reasons why you shouldn’t do whatever you’re about to do.⁣
⁣
It’ll bring lots of questions to the surface and keep you from doing anything that isn’t safe or comfortable (i.e. growth and expansion into your abundance).⁣
⁣
You can acknowledge that… but you don’t have to choose it.⁣
⁣

Did you know that this client in question runs not one, not two, but THREE businesses?! To say her time is limited is an understatement… ⁣

Instead of focusing on all the things or all the strategies, she focused on three core areas with this offer and launch. And then, guess what? Boom. She made 29 sales during the early-bird part of her launch.⁣

2023 is in 13 weeks - here’s what I’m focusing on ⬇️⁣

Don’t worry, this thought originally freaked me out too! But then I decided to change my perspective and let it inspire me instead. ⁣
⁣
Want to join me in using the next three months to finish the year STRONG?⁣
⁣
Here is what I’m going to be focusing on: ⁣
⁣
✨ Productive habits: ensuring that I am using my time wisely to move me towards my goals but still have the free time I need for fun and family.⁣
⁣
✨ Diversifying my content: repurposing more so my content goes further along with staying true to myself with what I share.⁣
⁣
✨ Building deep relationships with my current clients: being even more intentional & making sure my energy is at the most optimal level for them so I can guide & support them in the best way.⁣
⁣
✨ Planning out my long-term wealth plan: thinking ahead to 2023 and how I’m going to build out my product suite so I can impact the most people in the way I know best. ⁣

Even if you’re not hitting your goals as fast as you’d like, if you take the time to reflect on everything that’s happened this year, you’ll be surprised by what you’ve actually achieved.⁣

I've had SO many conversations with clients this year about feeling out of alignment, so it only felt right to me that I share my story of this too.⁣

It's OK to admit that not everything is sunshine and rainbows.⁣

It's OK to fall out of alignment.⁣
⁣
It doesn't make you a bad person and it doesn't mean you're not good at what you do.⁣

It means you're learning and growing... you're on the journey. Which is exactly what entrepreneurship is.⁣
