The "S.O.L.D" Strategic Lead Generation System Cycle starts all over again, next January. There are 12 months in the year, and there are 12 lead generation steps and areas to master in your business to attract quality leads before investing in the last step which is PAID ADS.

The first step in the system to generating quality leads is mastering . Video marketing is the the easiest, fastest most effective way to start generating leads for free. This is what our "S.O.L.D" System webinar and training is all about.

Last January we did a 30 day YouTube shorts video marketing challenge, where we invited entrepreneurs, business owners, marketing managers and Chief Marketing Officers to play around with video and post one video a day, fooling around with the platform and learning how to master YouTube shorts.

Since that time, our YouTube channel had 46 followers at the time. Today we have 580 subscribers and that is just by me posting, fooling around and watching to see what happened like what videos did well (aka testing). We had zero strategy. Our only mission was to post and to try and post as consistently as possible.

Our strategy for 2024 is to get at least 420 more subscribers (lol - I like that number hahahahah), as we've been fortune enough to reach 580 over the last year. That is INCREDIBLE GROWTH and the leads just keep steaming in.

Our goal is to get to 1000 YouTube followers and get 4000 hour of watch time, so we can start to monetize.
