We are a student-run media production agency, specializing in short, documentary-style videos and branded content for the Penn State community.

THON is quickly approaching, and we are so proud to say that we have many of our members actively involved this year. 💛

Caitlyn has been participating in THON since freshman year as a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and now she has the opportunity to dance as an Independent Dancer Couple. 👯‍♀️

Ella was chosen to be 1 of 7 dancers representing her sorority along with her work as chair for restaurant fundraisers. 💃

Justin is a part of The Spicher Girls Dancer relations committee and also serves as the donor drive chair of his fraternity. Justin will also be performing on stage THON weekend after singing in the THON showcase! 🎤

Anthony is a part of Rules and Regulations Committee. His main role is running the metal detectors at the BJC entrance, and is the team leader for his committee.

Jase is in his 2nd year as the Production Outreach Captain for THON’s Public Relations Captain Committee.

Jodi is the Digital and Corporate fundraising chair for FOTO, a THON special interest org. Jodi was also a dancer last year for THON 2022.

Mariana is in her 2nd year in THON production, where she takes videos throughout the weekend and all THON events. She is 2nd in command for her committee this year. 📹

We have many others working in various roles over the course of THON weekend in 46 LIVE, and other positions as well. 🎥

The representatives of Oscar Mayers gave us a tour of their awesome wiener mobile during our meeting last week!
The social media team learned about key social media tips, having personas online and what it’s like to be hot doggers that lead the wiener mobile around the country!
We want to thank the amazing hot doggers of for giving us their time!

Our other Photo Division executive is Kayla Marrero! She is a junior studying Public Relations with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation📸

She is also the Vice President and Retention and Recruitment chair for Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc., Co Public Relations Chair for The Penn State Student Black Caucus, and an intern for the Bellisario College of Communications!

Cheyenne Livelsberger is a Senior majoring in Advertising with a minor in Digital Media Trends and Analytics.👩‍💻

Not only is she the executive of the Photo Division at CommAgency but she is also involved in American Advertising Federation, AD/PR club, Servestate, and Trilogy. Off campus, she also has an internship as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Penn State World Campus. 📸

Cheyenne loves art, the outdoors, reading, and poetry. She can’t wait to see what she will bring to the world once graduation hits!🎓

The social media team had the amazing opportunity to cover the Cedric Burnside, Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears concert at The State Theatre in downtown State College, last week.
The social media team has been working on The State Theatre’s social media for the entire semester, creating various posts and capturing content at different events!

Jiuze is a senior film production major who stays very busy with his many clubs and organizations he is involved in including being the executive of the Live Production Division at CommAgency🎥

He is also involved in 46LIVE, Penn State Esports, Nittany Talk, Men & Women Club Hockey Production.

Outside of academics, Jiuze is also a passionate video gamer and wants to bring that into a future career as a Game Sound Designer🎮🕹️👾

Johanna is the co-student executive of the social media division at CommAgency. She is majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Digital Media Trends & Analytics.

This past summer Johanna interned at Penn State’s Office of Physical Plant as a Visual Communications Intern and also studied abroad in Italy for 6 weeks!📚✈️ Now she is interning at Marathon Digital which is a Social Media Agency that creates content for some of Broadway’s biggest shows!🎭

During our weekly CommAgency division meetings, the social media members have been presenting "workshops" where they pick a topic they want to discuss to the rest of the social team! Such a fun and collaborative way to grow as students and leaders!

Whew, it's Friday... and our members had a busy last couple of weeks! We started the semester off strong by having a booth at the Involvement Fair right outside our Agency Suite. We've also been taking the time to meet with our divisions weekly and beginning our client meetings (feat. Social division strategizing with the State Theater). And we also are diving right into our projects for our clients as well, just like the Photo division, who had a headshots photoshoot last week at the Lion Shrine and the Business Building. 📸

Catherine Cao is the Student Director for CommAgency! She is a 4th year Film Production major, who has dreams of working in the film industry🎬

Last semester, she was a member of the Hollywood Program and over the summer she worked as an Intern for Paramount Pictures Creative! Besides working for CommAgency, she holds a position in DKA, is a Bellisario Fellow, and also works for Champs as a videographer🎥
