Dear Survivors,

🙏We're writing to you today with a heavy heart, regarding an unexpected issue that arose within our Tournament System this week. Unfortunately, a configuration error occurred during the ACC-Knockout Round, and our team is making every possible effort to rectify this situation promptly and efficiently.

Regrettably, this glitch led to the clans XGNS, NCG, and XEA from the Asian region, as well as the clans NCPM, 3TNS and SQC from the Latam region, not being able to participate in this week's Knockout Round. We immediately acted on discovering this issue on Saturday, reaching out to these clans with compensatory measures and explanations through in-game mail.

We are, however, painfully aware that we fell short in promptly communicating this information to our wider community, leading to potential misunderstandings among the clans' dedicated supporters. We are truly sorry for this oversight and deeply regret any distress it may have caused.

With a sincere commitment to making things right for the affected clans and demonstrating our unwavering belief in their abilities, we are excited to announce the following:

1. We will provide compensation rewards to these clans, and the details can be found in the compensation emails sent to them on Saturday.
2. Acknowledging their brilliant efforts in the first week, we warmly invite these clans to directly participate in the upcoming week's Knockout Round.

We want to express our wholehearted belief in the incredible talent and dedication displayed by XGNS, NCG, XEA, NCPM, 3TNS, and SQC. We eagerly anticipate the chance to celebrate their extraordinary gameplay in Farlight 84's tournament events again soon.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience and any unintentional harm this may have caused. We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.
