dÁubigne Collective CREATIVE MEDIA AGENCY developing BIG economic development ideas, businesses, nonprofits x initiatives (See: IMPACT JOHNS CREEK, in Johns Creek, GA, our first.)

The dÁubigne Collective is a creative media agency focused on economic development projects and initiatives--although, sometimes, we are an economic development company using our collective years of experience, creative resources and partners to elevate the policy and placemaking initiatives we work on. Delving more deeply into our corporate identity, what we are is a universe of things designed t

o solve intricate problems relating to business outcomes for creatives (including our F+B peeps) while creating linkages between them and their local communities. Sometimes, it looks like policy design or feasibility studies with better recommendations (opportunities for community participation); other times--and depending greatly upon the need--we create NGOs and other organizations to assist scattered/deconstructed groups with establishing a base of support and community for themselves. ALL THE TIME, it is melding the arts, entertainment and the local color and talent of communities to do really cool things!

FROM THE ARCHITECT:

My name is Devon Dabney, founder and creator of the dÁubigne Collective.

The dÁubigne collective is a creative media agency focused on economic development marketing, community impact, creative place making and media literacy initiatives.

The goal of my company has always been twofold:

1) to bring creatives to the tables of their local governments where Arts Culture and Entertainment events and activations are being planned—because what is ‘local color’ or “flavor” without the local creatives which make it so? And why aren’t we paying them for their contributions?

2) to influence nonprofits and civic agencies to utilize and share their resources in creative ways which inure to the benefit of those working on initiatives which benefit the LOCAL public good—thus, creating what I call a ‘hyperlocal verse’ of connectivity and resource retention.

I chose to plant my first flag right where I live: Johns Creek, GA—which, and shameless aside here, was just named the ‘Best Place to Live’ in the country. My first design was Impact Johns Creek with Nicole Wright Washington as founder. I will, at some point, circle back to its foundational activities, the mission and vision.

I am pleased to announce that we are in process, planting l our second flag in the city of my birth, Montgomery, AL, and launching 8.8.24.

I am thankful to all of our community partners across North Fulton and in the City of Johns Creek. I look forward to doing greater works here and across the American South and Heartland.

Best,
Devon

Combining sporting and gaming attractions with important philanthropic work to create an RC park for racing both cars and boats, Idrion Reed, founder/CEO of RC FUN Place (whom you will soon meet), has brought the dÁubigne Collective on board not only for our expertise in marketing for economic development projects but also to support the funding goals for Help a Kid Race, Reed's nonprofit arm.

Stay tuned...amazing things are unfolding!

7.30 @ 7:30, JOHNS CREEK, GA - Jazz in the Park, a free to the public, live concert event from Impact Johns Creek which featured violinist, Richmond Punch, and hosted 30+ vendors or color from across the Atlanta Metro area, hosted 500 concertgoers from across the North Fulton area.

The dÁubigne Collective came on board (with only 2 and a half weeks before the scheduled event date) to produce the event for Impact Johns Creek (a local nonprofit organization co-founded by our founder, Devon Dabney as an official launch effort/community introduction campaign for the organization.

We could not have pulled it off without the support of friends and collaborators from the local metro community.
