In March this year, Choorma released our ‘Dilli Map Zine’ - a foldable, A5-sized illustrated map of the city we call home. It all started when a friend asked for recommendations around the city, and Shikhant () began pinning and pointing out different spots on a map. After staring at the map on the wall which now looked like a true-crime conspiracy board, we decided to turn it into an illustrated map with a classic Choorma flavour! Shivi () and Arya had a great time researching, compiling and writing about different food, culture, and historical spots around the city, and Shikhant provided over 80 illustrations to create a busy, bustling map that reflects the temperament of the city.
