Maysaa, along with her business partner, Trieva Catsandres, opened Cinnaholic over 2 years ago and their vegan cinnamon rolls have been a hit! You can order cinnacakes, banana bread, cookie dough, and so much more! Tune in as Maysaa tells us how she and Trieva started the business as well as their other business Trieva's Spa & Boutique.

In addition, Monybseattle and Nelson Lau recap a short week of what they ate. Nelson checked out the new Donburi Station Bellevue, had wing night at Ba Bar Seattle, churros and ice cream at the new Carmelo's TACOS location, got burgers at RAM Restaurant & Brewery, and picked up chicken wings and skins from Foulee Market.

Meanwhile, Monica received a Tax Fuel Kit from Java Trading Coffee, Fourth & Heart, and nutpods, got a delivery from Rethinking Groceries, checked out the CheBogz Filipino Food Truck sister truck Pariaso, had cookies from Treat Cookies, ate at Wild Ginger McKenzie with Forrer and Annie Nguyen, and checked out a new pop-up by enseamada.

Monica had her belated birthday diner at The Dolar Shop Seattle and Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea- Bellevue Bravern, tried Teasome on Phinney Ridge, and stopped by Turtle Coffee in North Seattle. She got more coffee at Local Coffee Spot downtown and Hello Em Viet Coffee & Roastery in Little Saigon and visited Mangosteen with Annie Nguyen, picked up banh mis from Saigon Deli, tacos dorados from El Camion, and ordered one of everything from Fuji Bakery.

Monica picked up rigatoni from Pasta and Co., had lunch with her son at the new Isarnkitchen in Ravenna, tried frozen sides from Beecher's Handmade Cheese, stopped by Larsen's Bakery for pastries and bubble tea from Dreamy Drinks.

On our 130th episode, the show may have gone off the rails a bit. Nelson Lau visited Smith Tower for Happy Hour this week and we reminisce about the first time we visited and this pic. Smith Tower reopened for happy hour, cocktails, and food.

Nelson went to West Seattle for dinner at Lady Jaye, returned to Mangosteen for drinks, wings, and popcorn chicken, had hot pot with the family, and picked up wings from Tony's Bakery and Deli.

Monybseattle had lunch at Dumpling Generation 面食代, cake delivery from Baby Cakes, pies delivered by Goodafbakedgoods, and beer from Logan Brewing Company in Burien. She also had some home cooking like Nelson and made chicken soup, an ube latte, and dutch baby using a recipe from friend of the podcast Annie Nguyen.
