Cry, run away
Or the door is locked
And be silent, and lie down
Study the ceiling
And it's not like everyone else to dream
Kissing the heavens
Ceiling, carousel
Half an hour, half an hour
[chorus]
Half an hour, trains derailed
Half an hour, not your lane
Half an hour, half an hour, no question
No answer, half an hour, half an hour
Half an hour without you, half an hour
Half an hour, him and me, half an hour
Every man by himself, every man by himself, for half an hour
At their addresses, half an hour

Anime used to be a real explosion, but now it's just a pathetic sight. In the nineties, anime did such somersaults that the brain exploded: "Evangelion", "Cowboy Bebop", "Ghost in the Shell" — all these are masterpieces. There were deep plots, cool characters and a real philosophy. What about now? One fan service and templates. Kick ass, how f**ked up are these cloned stories about schoolchildren with superpowers and harems.
The products are stamped as on a conveyor belt, just to chop the dough. And animators work for pennies, like slaves, it's not surprising that the quality suffers. Computer graphics are trying to replace the good old animation, but it turns out to be some kind of bullsh*t.
Yes, streaming services seem to have helped the industry with money, but this does not mean that you can mess around like that. It's time to stop this circus and get back to basics. Make something really good, not cheap fakes. The Japanese animation has rolled into a hole, but there is still hope that there will be those who can pull it back out. It only takes a little effort and desire to regain its former glory.Although now it seems that anime has been forgotten, but in the past it was a real cult. I remember watching Evangelion and just getting lost in its depths. Now the picture is different — some formulaic plots and characters, and even sexual motives everywhere.
They drive the animators into slavery, and then they are surprised that the quality is falling. Computer graphics are good, but not when they replace everything in the world. Now streaming services are pouring money, but they forget about quality.
I'm tired of this endless cycle of templates and cheap fan service. Let's go back to the roots, when anime was not just entertainment, but a cultural phenomenon. I hope there are those who have not forgotten how to make a real masterpiece.
