O bilas film fest é um festival de cinema que se associa a causas sociais e ambientais desde a sua génese. Em 2014 acolhemos a causa do abandono e adoção animal e em 2015 a causa ambiental e a proteção do meio natural. Após um interregno de três anos, o bilas film fest volta em 2018 com uma programação voltada para o cinema documental e as secções não competitivas ligadas a questões de género. A organização é da autoria da VASTAPLATEIA - Associação Cultural Pela Arte Experimental e esta terceira edição conta com a parceria do Projeto Identidade na secção não competição.
Bilas Film Fest is a film festival associated with social and environmental causes from its genesis. In 2014 we held the cause of abandonment and adoption of animals, and in 2015 the protection of the natural environment.
After an intermission of three years, Bilas Film Fest returns in 2018 with a programme focused on documentary film and the non-competitive sections dedicated to gender issues.
