An exciting new photography project on campus with as they are in the process of cleaning and pressure washing the entire exterior of UGA’s Miller Learning 🏗️

Shot on EOSR. The 24-105mm lens gives me plenty of range to capture the wide shots of the vast building and crane. However, the 70-200mm lens lets me get up close when they’re 100 feet or more in the air) 📸

Veterans Day 🇺🇸
One of my all-time favorite photos that I’ve taken is this one of my dad saluting at a game a few years back.

It’s impossible to put into words the immense pride I felt as a kid growing up with a father who was an Air Force officer. I still feel that pride today.

A few recent images for . The Yard is the finest baseball/softball facility I’ve ever seen. And we’re lucky to have it here right in Watkinsville.

I have worked with The Yard at Wire Park for 2️⃣ years helping to create content with photos, videos, social media posts and consulting (on creative things, not hitting 😉).

I have enjoyed getting to know volleyball this season - both the rules of the game and how to photograph it best. Shooting volleyball is hard, gym lighting, layers of players to shoot through (which leads me to using manual focus a lot), losing where the ball is when looking through my viewfinder for a few examples. I’m learning 📸

Oconee County VB is a great program, with a ton of talented athletes and you can tell in the pictures how much fun they have together. So here are a few favorites of the JV & Varsity teams over the past week of away games 🏐

There are so many good photo opportunities when shooting construction and heavy equipment. Here are a few favorite images from a couple weeks back with .

I loved how the morning light was hitting the excavator and the crepe myrtle behind it ⛅️

✴️ They were excavating at the UGA Delta Zeta house (interesting DZ was my next door neighbor when I was a Sigma Chi at Georgia) and I got to park in the same spot I parked in 25 years earlier as an undergrad fraternity guy.
