Hello everyone! This is Boki.
Today, I've brought various types of skewers.
We have cheese chicken skewers, spicy marinated chicken skewers, teriyaki chicken skewers, chicken skin skewers, and ginkgo skewers!
I was craving something spicy, and the sauce on these skewers had just the right kick. The chicken leg meat was tender and succulent, making it incredibly delicious.
Plus, the spicy cheese sauce was absolutely fantastic!

Today, I've brought giant scallops and bibimguksu, which is spicy noodles with scallops.
Each scallop was large enough to fill my mouth, and it had a chewy and soft texture.
They were incredibly juicy and moist.
The combination of bibimguksu and scallops was delightful and delicious!

Since it's boneless, it's easy to eat, and the tender meat is incredibly delicious.
I also used some of the steamed monkfish to make kimchi fried rice.
Even the side dishes complemented the meal perfectly, making it a delightful dining experience.

Today, I've brought some spicy Chapagetti.
I decided to pair it with some green onion kimchi as a side dish, and it turned out to be an excellent choice!
The Kilbasa sausage was juicy and delicious as well.
While the cheese flavor was good, I must admit that I prefer the original taste a bit more.

Hello everyone! This is Boki.
Today, I'm indulging in some sweet desserts, so it's time for a long-awaited macaron treat!
I carefully selected my favorites:
Malchachoco, Choco Oreo, Milk, Fruits Milk, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Salti Pretzel Caramel, Hwang Cheese, Cream Brulee, and Jollypong.
Each macaron was delightfully chewy, bursting with flavor, and perfectly sweet.
To complement these treats, I've also got some refreshing drinks: strawberry latte, black sugar bubble tea, and green grapeade!
Despite feeling a bit overwhelmed by their size, I found that the ice took up more space than expected, so it wasn't as much as I thought.
I sipped them coolly and enjoyed every moment.

Today, I've brought Tuna Gimbap, Mackerel Sushi, Avocado Salmon Roll, and Stir-Fried Seafood Udon!
The tuna was incredibly fresh and tender, creating a delightful combination with the eggs.
Avocado salmon rolls were not only non-greasy but also delicious, thanks to the spicy seasoned salmon inside.
The stir-fried seafood udon was packed with various seafood, and the texture of the bean sprouts complemented it well.

It's been a while since I indulged in a pizza and chicken combo!
The cheese fried pizza was loaded with bacon and cheese, complemented perfectly by potatoes. It was truly delicious.
While I enjoyed the shrimp topping on the Pork Shrimp pizza, I felt the meat could have had a slightly milder barbecue flavor.
I savored two types of chicken: soy sauce and spicy chicken, offering a delightful variety of flavors.

Today, I've brought soy sauce-marinated crab, one of my favorites.
The sight of it was so mouthwatering that I couldn't help but drool while preparing it.
The crab was plump and brimming with meat, so delectable that it wasn't overly salty.
But the absolute highlight was pairing the crab meat with rice wrapped in seaweed!
I'm already craving it again...

Today, I've brought snow crab, fried rice with crab roe, and crab ramyeon!
The snow crab was delightfully chewy and incredibly delicious.
To avoid any boredom, I decided to enjoy all the crab meat right away after the shoot.
I added it to both the ramen and rice while stir-frying because I love having crab meat with ramyeon.
It truly was a delightful mealtime.

Today, I've brought sandwiches along with my favorite drinks.
The fruit sandwich was incredibly fresh and delicious!
The eggshrimp sandwich had fresh vegetables and a delightful shrimp texture.
However, the pork cutlet sandwiches were a bit challenging to eat due to the thickness of the meat...
Nevertheless, the fruit sandwich and the eggshrimp sandwich stole the show today with their exceptional flavors!

The samgyeopsal was delightfully chewy and flavorful, seasoned with herb salt and pepper.

The mushrooms paired excellently with the meat, enhancing the overall flavor, and the ssambap was incredibly delicious.

Today, I've brought grilled daechang & makchang, which is beef tripe, along with some beer!
The daechang bursts with flavor on the outside and melts in your mouth with each bite.
As I continued chewing, the savory oiliness intensified, making it even more delightful.
The addition of curry powder adds a salty kick, perfectly complementing the daechang and makchang.
The chewy texture of makchang combined with the greasy goodness of daechang made me crave a sip of beer.

Today, I've brought a large yellowtail, perfect for the winter season.
I purchased it fresh from the fish market, and it was incredibly delicious.
The more I indulged in its greasiness and chewiness, the more I appreciated its savory taste.
In the midst of enjoying the yellowtail, I also savored some spicy altang, a fish roe soup.
The fried yellowtail boasted a crispy exterior and a moist interior.

Today, I've brought Malatang, Guobaorou, and fried tomatoes and eggs.
Combining various ingredients in each bite resulted in a delightful texture and flavor.
The tantalizing mala sauce that emerged with every chew was irresistible.
Despite loading up my bowl with plenty of ingredients, it vanished quickly as I couldn't resist indulging in large mouthfuls...
Nevertheless, it was satisfying to finish off the fried tomato eggs and guobaorou!

Today, I've brought spicy marinated shrimp and marinated crab meat served on a bed of rice!
I absolutely adored the plump shrimp coated in a spicy and sweet sauce.
And the crab meat, which simply melted in my mouth, was unparalleled...
When the spice kicked in, it was delightful to have some soup to balance it out.

Hello everyone! This is Boki.
Today, I've prepared a spicy Korean chicken stew with aged kimchi and a po***ck roe egg roll!
The experience of layering a strip of matured kimchi over steamed white rice was truly delightful.
Initially, the flavor profile was subtly spicy due to the chili powder, but as I indulged further, the heat intensified...
Pairing it with Chinese cellophane noodles was a fantastic idea, especially since there was an ample amount!
I'm already craving another serving of warm white rice topped with ripe kimchi and savory meat...
