★101年｜由桃園展演中心開始舉辦「桃園鐵玫瑰熱音賞」。

★103年｜從最初的「桃園鐵玫瑰熱音賞」樂團大賽加入「高校熱音賞」。

★104年｜創立鐵玫瑰「音樂學院」、舉辦「音樂展」，並新增鐵玫瑰「音樂節」活動。

★105年｜新增「搖滾繞境」演唱會，將搖滾樂帶到桃園各地。

★106年｜鐵玫瑰音樂節再次擴大辦理，於北桃園(展演中心)、南桃園(高鐵站前廣場)各舉辦1場演唱會，並以音樂曲風作為區分，讓民眾能藉由活動認識臺灣多元豐富的流行音樂創作能量。

★107年｜增加了六場小型售票演出，培養民眾的音樂消費習慣，以促進音樂產業永續發展。

★108年｜再創巔峰，除了各項系列活動外，今年起轉型升級擴大辦理《鐵桃園玫瑰國際音樂節》，邀請國外音樂節（祭）創辦人、策展人至來台擔任大師講堂講師、樂團大賽決賽評審、並推薦樂團大賽優勝團隊赴海外音樂節演出，展現臺灣流行音樂多元樣貌；同步也引薦國外知名樂團至鐵玫瑰音樂節交流開唱，提升鐵玫瑰音樂品牌形象知名度與國際視野，透過臺灣音樂與國際音樂潮流交流接軌。
This event hit a peak in 2019, in addition to the series of activities, it was transformed and upgraded in that year in holding the Taoyuan Ironrose international music festival ", invited foreign festivals founder and curators to Taiwan as lecturers, and for the evaluation of bands final. And it also recommend winning bands of the final contest to go to overseas festivals, showing the worls the diversified appearance of Taiwanese pop music ; At the same time, it also introduced foreign famous bands to the Iron Rose Music Festival for exchange and performance, so as to enhance the brand image of Iron Rose Music and impeove the international perspective through the exchange of Taiwan music and international music trend.
★109年｜因疫情暫停一次。

★110年｜將分成2活動辦理：「桃園鐵玫瑰熱音賞」、「桃園鐵玫瑰音樂節」。「2021桃園鐵玫瑰熱音賞」升級擴大，賽制不限國籍、曲風、人數，分校園組及社會組，更首度為入選團隊打造完整系統化培訓課程，總獎金高達150萬元，各組前三名將可錄製單曲，期能發掘並培育更多優秀樂壇新秀，達到鼓勵臺灣多元創作及提升音樂素質之目的。
In 2021, it will be divided into two activities: "Taoyuan Iron Rose Music Competition" and "Taoyuan Ironrose Music Festival". It is divided into campus group and social group. ★111年｜因為國際疫情影響，本屆「桃園鐵玫瑰熱音賞」更著重在台灣本土音樂人才發掘與培訓，期待疫情過後，能與國際音樂活動交流。
In 2022,"Taoyuan Ironrose Music Competition" is mainly focus on the discovery and training of new local talents in Taiwan, and also looking forward to communicate in international music events after the pandemic situation.
★112年｜疫情解封，今年賽制擴大辦理，不限比賽曲風及人數之外，不限語言、國籍皆可參賽，歡迎臺灣及海外更多優秀團隊報名參賽。
In 2023, The epidemic is unblocked. This year, the competition has been expanded. There are no restrictions on the style of competition , the number of people, language and nationality. More outstanding teams from Taiwan and overseas are welcome to sign up for the competition.

《2019桃園鐵玫瑰國際音樂節》升級轉型 系列活動正式開跑 　國內、外音樂節共同響應 讓音樂從桃園走向世界

全台最具規模的音樂盛事-《2019桃園鐵玫瑰國際音樂節》系列活動正式開跑，桃園市政府13日於桃園國際機場第二航廈舉辦宣傳記者會，宣告「鐵玫瑰音樂學院」、「鐵玫瑰樂團大賽」、「海外音樂節演出活動」、「鐵玫瑰音樂節」四大系列活動熱鬧登場，即日起至12月，將辦理各式大師講堂、音樂創作培訓班、兒童音樂營、樂團大賽、小型售票專場、大型音樂祭等豐富內容，號召全臺民眾一起讓音樂在桃園遍地開花！

　　市長鄭文燦表示，桃園市為六都中人口最年輕的城市，具備發展流行音樂的良好的環境與條件，「桃園鐵玫瑰」自101年起持續辦理8年，今年鐵玫瑰音樂節除了各項系列活動外，更重要的是今年起轉型升級擴大辦理《桃園鐵玫瑰國際音樂節》，邀請國外音樂節（祭）創辦人、策展人至來台參與大師講堂、擔任樂團大賽評審、並推薦近兩年樂團大賽優勝團隊赴海外音樂節演出，展現臺灣流行音樂多元樣貌；同步也引薦國外知名樂團至鐵玫瑰音樂節交流開唱，提升鐵玫瑰音樂品牌形象知名度與國際視野，透過臺灣音樂與國際音樂潮流交流接軌。

　　桃園為連接世界的國際之門，綜觀桃園的各方面條件，深具發展流行音樂消費市場的潛力，為鼓勵鐵玫瑰樂團大賽優秀音樂創作團體參與國際音樂活動，以培植國內樂團或歌手海外演出實力，今年除了力邀多國知名樂團將於鐵玫瑰音樂節進行演出外，將推薦優秀樂團至海外音樂節進行演出，2015年樂團大賽社會組大賞獎台客電力公司，將於7月28、29日代表桃園遠赴韓國釜山音樂節進行音樂演出交流，釜山音樂節也將派交流團於12月份鐵粉搖滾趴進行演出；此外，也與馬來西亞城市巨響音樂節合作，將推薦鐵玫瑰樂團大賽優秀團隊前往演出，透過交流開創鐵玫瑰音樂節國際品牌價值。

　　《2019桃園鐵玫瑰國際音樂節》由「鐵玫瑰音樂學院」揭開序幕，6月14日將於桃園展演中心展開第1場大師講堂，由馬來西亞城市巨響創辦人陳昇聖開講，陸續有泰國大山音樂節創辦人Yuthana Boonorm、資深音樂製作人陳子鴻等大師登場，免費自由入場。此外，「鐵玫瑰樂團大賽」將分為社會組及校園組，今年總獎金加碼到一百萬元之外，還可在慶功演唱會及鐵玫瑰音樂節的大舞台上演出，還有機會代表桃園市至海外音樂節及臺灣兩大重點音樂祭「覺醒音樂祭」、「浮現祭」熱力演出，有意角逐的樂團即日起至7月31日前上網報名。
