Though it might seem reasonable to assume the style of writing is philosophical, the author feels the method can not appropriately be of the discipline, since it is about the discipline; and in the conclusion of the book, instead deduces the manner to be Mental Archaeolo
gy. Thinking - The content should be of interest to those who are of a reflective state of mind. That means if you think about your own thoughts (including memories), or if you talk to yourself (quietly, in your head) to “work things out”, you are using an advanced form of neurological circuitry that is more complex than simply noting and reacting.
