Looking for an A&R Assistant Intern!

Auditory Recordings is looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an A&R Assistant Intern. This is a non-paid internship, but it could turn into a paid role in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the music industry and a love for all genres of music. Marketing and social media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Review demos and provide feedback
Contact artists with contracts and other important information
Check in with the A&R Manager regularly
Assist with other A&R-related tasks

Qualifications:

Have a massive passion for the music industry. You basically have to be obsessed about music.
Be creative and innovative.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Be able to meet deadlines and be very reliable and trustful.
Have time to dedicate to the label.

What do you get out of it?
By working closely with me and my professional team, you will receive a quarterly contribution bonus, gain record label experience, and obtain a reference and get a broader insight about the music industry.
