MY PERSONAL IMPRESSIONS OF JAY LENO after spending 4-6 hrs w/him during several interviews, 2011-2016. 1) He's utterly genuine. When you meet him in person, he has the same attitude and demeanor that you saw on TV. 2) One of the finest on-air talents I've ever seen. 3) He goes out of his way to see that YOU get a good interview. Two thumbs up. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

MY 1st ARCA RACE at Toledo, July 6, 2003 with my dad :) Qualified the Wormcastle Chevy 7th of 24 but got punted from behind early in the race. Had to come from the back of the field to finish in 10th position. Great truck, great crew. Not a bad day for a rookie.

REAL MEN, PT. 21. Walt Garrison won a Super Bowl with Dallas in 1971. He once played with a broken collarbone and a sprained ankle. Also a professional bull rider, his NFL career finally ended following a knee injury while wrestling a steer. He explained his pronouns to no one.

Today's timepiece goes particularly well with Blue Ford Mustangs or Nassau Blue Corvettes. From Morteau, France, it's 1 of just 500 Yema French Air Force edition Flygraf GMT's, most of which went to Dassault Rafale jet pilots, but I snagged one of the last models. Woohoo!

FLASHBACK!! Interviewing Rick Titus, son of famed sports car racer Jerry Titus, atop the Peterson Automotive Museum in Los Angeles in 2014. We were producing a film on Curt Richards' Trans Am Prototype. The entire project was successful - the film turned out great. Good times.

SHOUT OUT TO MY PALS at Tater's Garage Racing with Dwayne Tater Kelley, Pat and the whole gang. Here is the beautiful and super fast Mustang they built for us in 2021. We did suffer a few reliability issues, but this 300+ HP Mustang was stupid fast.

ON THIS DAY IN 2015 WE WON THE World Racing League's October Rush 8 Hour Endurance race in Tulsa, thanks to the amazing team at Shaky Dog Racing. We inherited the lead when our rivals - a BMW team - crashed hard in Turn 1, and then we led comfortably til to the checkered flag.
