Catch a Grrove is a bi-weekly show hosted by DJ Trax + Nucleus. The duo have had a pivotal role in the history of drum and bass, and have been involved with it for as long as the scene itself. As well as being compitent scratch DJ`s and playing across the world T+ N have released dozens of 12"s and albums since 1991 on labels such as Moving Shadow, Reinforced, Metalheadz, Goodlooking, Timeless, Br

ain Records, Ociris, Sony/3mv, Hedkandi, Ninebar, Subtle Audio, Paradox Music, Outsider and dozens more. They both also run their own imprints Esoteric (Nucleus + Paradox) and Trax`s Audio Buffet. Their shows on jungletrain.net will consist of a diversity of styles of drum and bass, ranging from oldskool to unreleased dubs.
